As obvious by the name it explain the golden rules of dealing with conflicts as a parents, an employee and as an employer. The salient features of the book are the following:

“Silent is Golden” but at times speaking up is essential to explain ones view point including thoughts, feeling and emotions. Speaking out relaxes emotions and aid in developing a confident personality. Many conflicts and contradictory situations may be settled through discussions and debates. A sound relationship is built on understanding other person’s opinion and making him realize that his ideas matters.

Questioning and enquiring is essential to understand the situation and for finding a solution to the problem. Nonetheless how the notes are delivered are important to avoid clashes and the feeling of lack of trust by the people. To keep a polite and encouraging attitude and for avoiding an authoritative and challenging situation a check list is provided for asking questions.

Dr. Micheal D. Sedler has taken inspiration from the Bible, and has used biblical and contemporary examples. He being converted from Judaism to Christianity. The change in faith transformed his thoughts, feelings, emotions and living pattern. Momentary him peace, inner satisfaction and a meaning to his existence as explained by himself.

I love to read books on varied topic such as art, literature religion and history as I feel reading activity links us with past and present. This particular book supports in solving day to day problem and enhance leadership qualities.
