In my view "Breathe The Self-Care Special" magazine contains valuable tips for physical, social and emotional well being. Examples are supported by findings and researches.

Exercising is essential for the good circulation of blood, providing oxygen to all parts of body and preparing the body for winters. Exercising facilitates mind and body movements that allows us to grow spiritually.

Adding plants in indoor environment have many benefits as proved by researchers. These plants increase concentration span, productivity and creativity. Plants purify air, aid recovery and keep us healthy and cheerful.

An ambiance with a balance of color, texture and design create positive effect on our thinking and overall health.
