MANY SHADES OF FEBRUARY

Canada is the second coldest country in the world with an average around the year of -3.6 Celsius. Russia is the coldest country with an average of -5.3 Celsius.

Ottawa is the snowiest capital of the world.

The coldest day in Canada was on February 3 1947 in Snag, Yukon. At a brisk -63, the temperature is still the coldest recorded in North America. ( Climatologist David Philips)
