Hot drinks recipes from my kitchen have all the natural ingredients. These delicious and energetic drinks will be defense against cough & cold and other viruses.

CINNAMON TEA: Cinnamon tea is helpful for high blood pressure and arthritis; It is also beneficial for intestine problems, such as diarrhea, nausea and vomiting.
The hot Cinnamon tea stimulates the flow of blood in our body, a useful aid to cold and influenza.


CLOVES TEA: Cloves tea is warm and stimulating, it is useful for fever vomiting and nausea.
HERBAL TEA: Herbal teas warm our body, and sooth our mind. They boost our immune system and give protection against common ailments.
ONION SYRUP is a useful home remedy for colds and coughs. Procedure: Onion syrup is prepared by mixing chopped onions with an equal amount of honey. Recommended usage, one teaspoon for children and three or four teaspoons for adults. Dosage: to be repeated after every four hour.



Herbs are ideal medicines for home treatment of minor ailments and chronic, non-life-threatening diseases. Children respond very well to herbal medicine.
Ginger is a very useful remedy in herbalism. Its gentle warming, circulating and relaxing properties make it applicable to a wide range of conditions.
FRESH HERBS are seasonal and can be prepared in many ways, in salads. sandwiches or added in tea, soups and stews.
DRIED HERBS are available all year around and are used in similar styles as fresh herbs including them in reduced amounts as dried herbs are a little more powerful than fresh herbs.

Lemon Ginger Cinnamon tea: Ingredients-Two slices of fresh ginger one peals of condiments one teaspoon honey, two teaspoon lemon juice, (freshly squeezed) and hot boiled Cinnamon water.

Ginger and Turmeric Tea: Ingredients- Three cups water, juice of half lemon one cinnamon stick, three Cloves, ¼ teaspoon of
crushed ginger, one teaspoon of
turmeric.

Procedure: Add all ingredients
to a pot and bring them to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes . Strain the tea
and add one teaspoon of honey.

Ginger Tea: Ingredients- Slices
of ginger or crushed ginger one
teaspoon for a cup, hot boiling
water lemon and honey.
The Winters of 2025 all around the world are chillier and variable thus bringing health issues such as cough & cold and other viruses. These hot drinks will give you a new taste and relief.
